Guar gum

Guar gum is a galactomannan polysaccharide extracted from guar beans that has stiffen and fixed properties useful in food, feed, and industrial applications. Guar gum is a food extra that’s found throughout the food supply.Though it has been linked to multiple health benefits, it has also been associated with negative side effects and even kept aware of use in some products. There is some interest in using thickener for emaciation because it enlarges in the intestine, causing a sense of plumpness. This may decrease hunger.
